All operational data is stored on infrastructure located in Germany. We are a German company operating under GDPR from day one. No customer personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area.

Some of our apps use AI (Anthropic Claude for GhostQuill, Mistral AI for Parley). Your data is never used to train any AI model. Both providers operate under data processing agreements that explicitly prohibit training on merchant data.

Every Bienity app has a free plan. FeedDispatch is entirely free. GhostQuill, MetricMonday, and Parley offer free tiers with upgrade options for more features or higher limits.

Yes. GhostQuill syncs your published articles every 6 hours and compares them against the original draft. Any edits you make are analysed and fed back into future generations so the writing style improves over time.

Free plan includes 1 scheduled article per month. Pro (€10/month) gives you 4 articles, cover images, and writer personas. Growth (€19/month) gives you 8 articles and guided brand setup. On-demand articles are available at €5 each on any plan.
