Bienity ("Bienity", "we", "us") is a technology company registered in Berlin, Germany. We develop and operate multiple independent AI SaaS products. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Bienity marketing website (bienity.com) and any associated services.

Each SaaS product operated under the Bienity umbrella may have its own separate terms of service applicable to that specific product.

2. Use of the website

By accessing this website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the website or its infrastructure
  • Use automated tools to scrape or harvest content without prior written consent
  • Submit false, misleading, or spam content via contact forms
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. SaaS product usage and data

Bienity operates multiple SaaS products (including GhostQuill, Parley, MetricMonday, and FeedDispatch) available as Shopify apps and through other channels. By using any Bienity product, you acknowledge that:

  • We access only publicly available store data (product titles, descriptions, pricing, blog content) — the same information visible on your public storefront
  • We do not access, store, or process your customers' personal data at any point
  • The only personal information we collect is the store owner's contact details (name, email, company name, address) provided via Shopify's OAuth flow
  • We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information to any third party
  • All personal data is stored on GDPR-compliant infrastructure in Germany (IONOS SE)
  • AI-generated content is created for your review — nothing is published without your approval
  • You may request a complete export or deletion of your data at any time through the app settings or by contacting us

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
